I think this one is in Lombok, looks like it's a long ferry ride or short flight away. Will have to do some extra research to determine if it's worth it:

I would look at what you want to do and see whilst you are there and let that determine location. Traffic and road system is not the best in Bali so I would not be wanting to spend too much time in cars on the road. Ubud seemed to have a lot more to do than either Seminyak, Nusa Dua or Jimbaran.
Did you rent a car? I've considered scrapping the Starwoods altogether and booking and independent resort in Ubud if that's the place to go. Just don't want to miss out on the beach.
