If MU flies a new 33E (not 332 or 333) full flat biz, I would go with them. They are in my opinion now better than CZ, especially in long haul business. Better service whilst hardware is the same as CZ's 332s.
If MU really flies a 767 to Europe - do not book that one. Comfortable recliner seats, but certainly nothing for overnight flights. (Where in Europe do they fly a 767 to, by the way?)
CZ 332s are fully flat business seats and a very good choice. CZ has more AVOD options than MU - which I don't care about much, though.
Overall, MU and CZ (full-flat business flights) are a lot better than all other European carrier business classes.
