Highly recommend you spend the extra few hours in pudong area, find a nice restaurant/coffee shop and hang out, as people watching is so much fun in China. There's really nothing in the CX lounge, even getting internet access is painful and speed is slow.
From Pudong a taxi ride to PVG is only around 100-150 RMB and take less than an hour.
