Not sure, but unless you have nothing else enjoyable to do in Shanghai I wouldn't bother going to the airport early for the CX lounge, it's nothing special and actually a bit disappointing considering AA offers 3 class service to/from PVG. Also there are no showers but there are at the QF contract lounge next door but OW status won't get you in so you'll need Priority Pass if you want a shower.
