I had the same thought. I don't have much concern about electronics being on but the thought of his full size Lenovo laptop bouncing around the cabin in the event of a "hard landing" had me a bit nervous as well.

Just my luck the laptop would have headed right for my face and I couldn't duck out of the way because of the seat reclined in front of me. Oh well, a laptop to my face probably wouldn't do much harm. Delta might even try to charge me for cosmetic surgery.
