I tried a call and a SM to get the credit. I finally told them to cancel the card. They then had someone call who asked for evidence of the booking/timing. I told them I didn't want to invest more time- they could credit me $100 or cancel it. I got the credit.
Are you saying if I didn't do the booking it won't be automatic?
