I don't know about Business ExtrAA, since not a member, but On Business requires a BA flight number to credit. BA code shares on AA metal credit for TATL at the same rate as BA but US domestic credits at a poor rate and only in conjunction with a TATL.
My guess is that for AA flight numbers you need to credit to Business ExtrAA.
