I received the Chase MileagePlus Club Card a few months ago, and have used it once to book a hotel on the the Luxury Hotel Collection network. I was able to book directly through the hotel, so I didn't have to use the (archaic) LHC website.
Two questions:
1. Does anyone know if the website (
https://lhrcollection.orxenterprise.com/) or the phone number is the only way to book? As mentioned, I was able to go directly through a hotel once to book and they honored the upgrades / breakfast / dinner credits, but not sure that is common.
2. Is there a list of all of the hotels considered 'in network' that I can easily review without having to use that terrible LHC website? I hate having to search for dates by locations, etc. It's a total pain.
