The last couple of times I've flown it since the merger, I've been told that the route does not qualify for a CPU, this was by the 1K desk. Clearly on the UA website it states that Oceana routes are eligible for CPU. I've written UA about it but have not gotten a responce. And yes always pay full Y tickets. Has anyone else had this problem?
