Officially cancelled the card today. I was unable to attend an event do to the plane being delayed. I called for the ticket insurance for the musical, but it was denied. They said the tickets were used. Well, that is impossible as I was stuck at the airport during the play. Doesn't matter, it was denied, and they had no problems charging my annual fee this month. Cancelled the card due to the fact that their service, which should had covered the tickets, didn't. BS. This card sucks. Not worth $0.59, let alone $595.00.

did you inform your banker of the insurance issue before cancelling? I used the ticket insurance for missing a show due to illness and the process was painless.
