I doubt my agent last time knew what she was talking about, but told me they were waiting for TD to finalize the purchase of the Alaska Card and online access would come with that.
(I highly doubt TD is going to buy the Alaska card, as they are in negotiations to buy into Aeroplan marketed cards)
