I did send them a comment yesterday morning.
I didn't go into as much detail as my post. (didn't give the quotes)
Just told them my flight # and the fact that it took over an hour for our bags to come out, and that the board never updated.
No reply yet, oh well.
I just wanted to discuss it (wife doesn't care to talk about travel stories)
