I've flown this route too many times, most recently last month in FC.
The flight length does not even approach the 2+ hours that is typically blocked. Its closer to 1h20m.
You get standard FC refreshments, including alcoholic beverages.
As for food, I received a bag of that cheap wanna-be Chex mix.
