I don't think anyone here is being hard on the OP. The OP said, "That's the first place I looked [AA.com]. There is no info." I, and others, showed her where to look on AA.com. She indicated she only found it was 'refreshments' from an AA supervisor.
FT certainly has a tendency to be hard on OPs, but I don't think thread this is an example of that.
