Just registered my card for the BankComm Promo under Target Spending #3.
The registration number is:
02355 for Phase 1
00831 for Phase 2
00777 for Phase 3
These numbers seem to be larger than the quota (700 for Target Spending 3). So, does that mean that I don't qualify for this promo after all?
