What counts toward PQD?
I'm guessing taxes are out, but it would be very disappointing if the "fuel surcharge" or other pure revenue streams aren't counted.
Will there be an easy way to track this, or are we in for surprises at the end of the year?
Discounts? Let's say I use a $200 voucher from a previous service failure, are we "penalized" for using a discount because of a United screw-up?
I've been routed to other carriers 3 times this year...What about Original Routing Credit (ORC) for revenue? Automatic on 016 stock, or a process like getting miles credited?
The $.10 CPM probably isn't a big deal for me, but it may be close in coming years, I'd like to know the real parameters. This seems like a disaster to try to keep track of.
