Um - this doesn't preclude them from continuing to offer up TODs and skip elites on the waitlist, violating their own advance purchase rules on V-ups and the like, etc.
Aaron - can we assume that spend on a no-longer-offered, legacy Chase card will count towards the waiver? I.e., the old MP Platinum / Select cards?
(I guess this isn't even that relevant for me as 1Ks have been opted out of this...)
