When I visited earlier this year, they did not upgrade my Tower Suite to a Parlor Suite. I'm guessing it's because they have limited capacity for Parlor Suites, and the difference between the two rooms is significant. You might have better luck though!
I am going there soon, and until now the Parlor suite is available.. I will keep you guys posted.
On a side note: Does anyone know if there is a rule against rollaway beds @ the Encore? I know some hotel don't like the idea.
