EDIT 2: My response was to the analysis in the blog entry linked to in the earlier post, that mia rightfully removed. In summary, 60K BW points could be worth 12K miles, or $225 Wal-Mart GCs - the latter would be my preference.
It certainly depends on how much you value 12000 miles... if you value them at 1cpm, it actually might be better getting the 225 walmart gc's and then liquidating them for cash.
