My guess is ZERO.
I have a CWP. I have a neat little Glock 23 40 S&W and a very comfortable holster. One of my greatest fears is that I will forget the little bugger until about 2 seconds before I step in to the ATR MMW scanner. It is such a pervasive fear that I am obsessive about making sure that it is never a problem.

I am certain that I am not the only one. It just takes forgetting once. With the 1000's of CWP's I am surprised it does not happen more often. And then I think. CWP holders are among the most conscientious of firearms owners, knowledgeable of the law and their responsibility for the weapon. I would guess that only LEO's might be more responsible.
