How exactly do you do this? I have a 3HK SIM I use with my iPad on the mainland ... and my credit's run out. Usually I pay a mainland-based seller on Taobao for a recharge voucher, but I decided I wanted to earn points instead and use my American credit card. However, when I try to recharge on the website, I can't figure out how it works.
Here's how far I've gotten when I've tried on their website:
Step 1: I type in my phone number and check digit, click "next".
Step 2: It only asks for the recharge amount, my name, and my e-mail address. I do so, and click "next".
Step 3: It gets stuck here on the "processing" screen. I don't even get a chance to enter my credit card info.
Is there something else that's supposed to be happening?
Are you trying to do this online refill on a desktop/laptop/netbook PC, or on the iPad or other Android device? This is the secured linked page -

It will only work with Internet Explorer, not with Firefox, not Chrome or Safari, etc.
If you done this before, it sounded like and you haven't got up to the point of inputting CC info so that's not causing it to hang or freeze ...
Check your firewall & popup settings and maybe antivirus log for indications?
Try using a different PC running a different OS to log into the site. Clear your browser's cookies & cache, and SSL settings, etc. Otherwise, send CS an email or try the online 3iChat function, to see if they can help or suggest an alternative or resolve it.

BTW, I continue to refill my China Mobile
HK p/p Sim every 6 months, mostly overseas with a foreign cc and it always go thru the merchant bank's processing. Good luck & let us know how it turned on & what was resolved. Regards
