Flying into MSY and the only flight I could make arrives at 12:20am. I will have a checked bag ... so my question is:

Has anyone arrived this late before? Are there cabs readily available into downtown or should I expect a long wait?

I looked into booked a sedan but because of the time they all wanted $90-200.
