My wife and I took the F suites out of SFO when SQ was using an A380 for SFO-HKG this past winter. The flight departed late at night. We've also flown late-night CX F a couple of times SFO-HKG. While taking the late flights has worked well for us because we've wanted to maximize our time on vacation, I'd suggest taking daytime flights if something like that is not a factor for you. Departing during the day, you're just fresher for enjoying the suite experience. Eat, drink, be merry, catch a movie, etc. without being tired. Then take a snooze whenever you feel so inclined.
