I can't say I'm happy about the phasing out of real (i.e. RWD) cars though! No Falco-doores at all?
Surely the Australian car industry is on its last legs, when even the rental companies stop buying the big Aussie cars.
As someone who gets a cheap corporate rate on Compacts but not Intermediates, I like the looks of the Compact options. I haven't driven the new Corolla yet, but all the others are pretty good cars, and a vast improvement on the old Tiidas that I seem to get at Hertz at moment.
Somewhere out there, an American is laughing at the idea that a Hyundai Santa Fe is a "large SUV".
