Cautionary tale: My initial funding of the Citigold checking using my Chase credit card has been coded as Cash Advance by Chase and assessed 5% fee ($60), plus I assume no points to boot. I paid off the card right away (next day), so at least there won't be any interest charges. Live and learn.
