Ugh. It looks like I have to deal with all 3--SAN, SFO and LAX -- during the next 5 weeks. It sounds like PDX and ANC may be spared the brunt of it. Fingers crossed. Guess I'll stick with my usual plan and hitch a ride to ANC during the morning "sweet spot." If you don't mind having breakfast at the airport, it's usually possible to breeze through security around 7:30 AM. **sigh**
