Programs: Now just a lowly DL PM/1MM. This industry needs some competition. It's just not enjoyable anymore.

This is what you get with an oligopoly. Prices go up, choice and service levels go down.

Airlines don't have to provide better service. Why should they? Where else are you going to go?
