Is it worth to buy $200 VISA gift card with Ink at OD for daily expenses?

I used to buy $500 visa gift card at OD for my daily expense. Now, only $200 gift cards are available for $6.95 activation fee. Do you think that it is worth to buy 200$ visa gift card with Ink for daily expense?
