Ahhh. I have no access to VR cards, and I've pored over the BlueBird FAQs for months without suspecting that the place to find out how to use a credit card to buy a reload card to top up a Bluebird card without ever using cash would be the section labeled: "CASH DEPOSITS". Thanks
