Can't complete OLCI

Hi all,

I am new to Emirates but looking forward to our flights with them starting tomorrow.

I've had emails to say to check in online but then I try it says it can't be completed and to check in at the airport.

We are flying LGW-DXB-HKG

Our booking shows all 3 seats selected for both flights but at the start of OLCI LGW-DXB shows seat numbers but DXB-HKG no seats?? Then I get the above message on the next page. We are travelling y and had selected 3 side seats together so hoping we aren't going to be split up.

Any advice? Other than don't fly y
