I sent a private message to Chase this morning regarding the $95 fee on my husband's Ink Bold, charged 3/1. Asked if there was any retention offers. He has spent a good bit in the last year and expects to spend a good bit or more in the next year. I got a message back that there is no offer for a credit for the annual fee. They didn't even offer any points, which I would have gladly considered. Maybe I will wait a week or two and get him to call. He isn't too crazy about calling the cc companies but he will. Really can't believe that didn't offer anything.
