You simply let the front desk know that you would like to use the shower facilities and perhaps, after a huff and a puff, one will escort you to the shower suites and unlock the door for you.
Too funny, that was my last experience to a tee, agent looked a bit exasperated when I asked to use the shower, made her way slowly from behind the counter, and as I knew where the showers were (2 of them there) I led the way.
But useless as she was wearing very high heels and had to take baby steps - we made it there eventually
but glad I wasn't in a rush.
Just wall dispenser products (shower gel, shampoo) - not sure if they have toothbrushes at front desk
