I just got off the phone with Barclays. I told them I had misplaced my certificate and asked if they would send a replacement. They said yes. 2-4 weeks. I had been worried from what I had been reading that I was outta luck. Kudos to Barclays for not simply trying to profit from the probability that some percentage of cardholders would misplace their certs.
