Those are TrueMove (interSIM), and they are OK. No 3G with those. Maybe better to spring for a paid SIM from AIS/One-2-Call, DTAC/HAppy or TrueMove
H, which may set you back all of 50 - 100 baht.
Note that TrueMove's concession is scheduled to end Sep. 15, 2013.
