9W offers quite a few fares to Europe using the 5th freedom rights to BRU. SN/LH usually operate the regional leg. Both don't have seamless integration with 9W, and its probably compounded by the fact that SAS handles LH/SN in OSL using Amadeus Altea. @:-)
