I believe it's been clearly established, and not necessary to quote the same thing multiple times in the thread, that at some locations you will get points and at others you will not. They are very clear on the ones you will not, and for the ones that will it's up to the property.

No matter how many times you quote it and make it bold.

Also given that on the same page Hilton says

Participating hotel will determine whether incidental charges incurred during either of those stays are eligible for points, except that Points will not be earned for incidental charges at Hampton Inn®, Hampton Inn & Suites®, Homewood Suites by Hilton®, and Home2 Suites by Hilton®.

and

Members may earn points (not miles) for incidental charges at a hotel within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio during a Reward Stay, provided such charges are deemed eligible folio charges at Hilton®, Conrad® Hotels and Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton™, Embassy Suites®, Hilton Garden Inn®, Hilton Grand Vacations®, and the Waldorf Astoria hotels. Members will not earn points for incidental charges during a Reward Stay at a Hampton Inn®, Hampton Inn & Suites®, Home2 Suites by Hilton® or Homewood Suites by Hilton® hotel.

It's a bit senseless to quote just one and say it's absolute, when on the same page Hilton says the direct opposite.

We can quote the terms as many times as needed, but the simple fact is that part of the terms says it's up to the hotels, and if a hotel doesn't want to give points, they don't have to. Note that in the second quote it says MAY which is not the same as WILL

May implies that maybe you will and maybe you won't.
