They will call for a van for you at the commuter terminal, since the wiki wiki shuttle is not fully ADA compliant yet.

Though why do you need to claim and recheck your bags? Just check them through to your final destination when you check in with Go! for your first flight. That will make your day go much smoother. If you have separate reservations, just bring both confirmations with you, and get to the airport early.

Presumably you have made arrangements for wheelchairs with the airlines so you will be met. What about the stairs? At the commuter terminal, I think they just have portable stairs. What do they do for you when there's no ramp right into the terminal? Any chance you can switch to Hawaiian Airlines? At LIH and HNL, they use ramps, no stairs to get on/off the plain, and the land at the interisland terminal.

There's food courts in the main terminal, not much to eat in the Diamond wing where UA is located. There's a couple of restaurants located at the very end of the main terminal, closer to the diamond head wing. That might work for you?
