Its the first Sunday in Nov to the second Sunday in March Utah and Arizona have the same time.......they are traveling in the summer so that is what matters....
Also the Navajo nation in Arizona is on the same time as Utah on Mountain Daylight time.
What I have heard is the counties on the Nevada border along the Colorado River may stay with with Nevada time...
