Churchill Management conversations
Hello all. I am new to this thread, but I have been following updates over the past few months. My wife and I will be staying at the Churchill in May for 4 nights. 2 free nights and 2 paid night, and all 4 with diamond confirmed upgrades.
It was great to hear that management jumped at the chance to discuss issues that have been brought up on the board. What really would have been great, was that if a representative from the hotel also monitored and participated on this thread. I'm not sure if this is again the T&C's of flyertalk or not, but since this thread is only geared to the Churchill, it wouldn't be that hard for them to keep updated on thread questions and conerns.
I sure hope some of the lounge issues have been alleviated by the time we arrive in May. It will certainly be a busier time of year in London, and if only one lounge is open, it's going to make for a very cramped breakfast.
