It used to be true that a
foreign ATM card was not charged any local ATM fees at ATMs in other countries, but this has changed markedly in the past couple of years. But there remain exceptions:
1. In Australia - SunCorp.
2. In Canada - Bank of Montreal.
3. In Cambodia - Canadia Bank.
