I purchase flight passes from air canada and as such I receive 12 e=upgrades for flight pass by about the middle of the month. I have however not received any e-upgrades for january and am down to 0. I have called the super elite line, aeroplan, flight pass department, and send a couple of emails to the contact us page on e-upgrade page. I keep being turned from one department to the other. Anyone here have any idea who I should contact to resolve this problem.
