So what exactly are Southwest's "accommodation procedures"?
Customers holding reservations for travel to/from Albany (ALB) on Friday, February 8, or Saturday, February 9 are eligible to reschedule their flight in accordance with our accommodation procedures.
A search for "accommodation procedures" on southwest.com only returns that page. Does it mean a customer would be able to choose any other flight without paying the fare difference in addition to no change fee?
