You should be fine interlining through DEL to SQ. As for the visa you won't be needing it as you hold a confirmed ticket within 24 hours of arrival into DEL.

The only issue you might have at check in is the baggage allowance mismatches between the EK and SQ tickets. If the latter is less and you're exceeding this limit then they might only check it through to DEL. The transfer desk should be of help here. Even if you don't hold a transit visa.
