Yes, you are entitled to the data...but it is your Experian credit report. The segmentation models and model results are not subject to the FCRA. You have a right to free access to the data annually from annualcreditreport.com. If Amex/Delta were to make a decision to deny you credit (credit limit or product) based on this data, the FRCA applies.
My guess is that if one were to opt out of affiliate sharing with Amex, Delta would not be able to get most of the financial information. Has anyone done this? Is the Mosaic field empty?
