You didn't post the full activity line for each, so we're left to guess the posting date for some of these. However, since the toolbar hit is known to have posted for everybody yesterday, I'd say it's because you missed the sweeps last week and this week.

That's a little vague. Are those your actual known order dates? So far the other evidence indicates that ship date is used.

The 9/26 order had an estimated ship date of 9/27.
Both of the 9/29 orders had an estimated ship date of 9/30.

If somebody has a coherent theory (i.e., one supported by the available evidence) as to why some people aren't getting the miles/hit, I think it would be of general interest. At the moment, I'm not sensing a clear pattern.

I just rec'd the super shuttle posting for a no show 10/5
I didnt do PHX (saw the conflicting reports) or DFW at $10 but did a $7 one.
Pickup at SNA (orange county) drop off at disneyland (or disneyland hotel or grand california hotel) all $10- less the $3 coupon UYR59 +optional tip. Thought i would post in case anyone wants to 1) avoid the PHX risk or 2) Save the $3 difference
