I also just had a 333 swapped into a route that I have from MAD to JFK. I can't make heads or tails out of the seat map. There are 4 of us and I was sort of hoping we could sit next to each other in windows, but that doesn't look possible. Any ideas about the configuration?
Edit: For what it's worth, I found this lengthy trip report of an Alitalia 330 flight with the same seats in what appears to be the same staggered configuration. Lots of high quality photos here, which gave me a better sense of what the Iberia 330 business cabin will look like. I guess E and G are the way to go for flying together. Bummer -- we would have liked a window.

I don't know what to make of rows 7 and 8, being back to back. I would guess that there must be a pretty significant gap between rows 7 and 8, but who knows? It may well turn out that 8A and 8L are the big winners.
