Maybe they should have opened with: "Now that you're boarding with more people, don't play overhead bin roulette. Skip the hassle and have your bags hand-delivered."
I saw this and thought that I would consider using it on the rare -- maybe once per year -- occasion when I have to check bags. Considering how long it takes for the bags to make their way to the carousel, I'd rather be on my way and have them be delivered within a few hours than hang out at the airport for half an hour. But that's the only circumstance where this new offering seems to make sense.
