Agreed--a real turn-off. As is his use of the cliched phrase "moment in time," though that's probably the least of AA's worries. One thing they do have going for them is the lack of the hokey, Hee Haw overtones emanating from DL's CEO.
AA seems to be heading down the JC Penney road and I cringe.
