United to Deliver Baggage
Now if they used the 3rd party vendors who deliver delayed/lost luggage, not sure if the service would be that great. However if I was checking 8 bags I guess the $50 might be worth it.

Now only if they would waive this fee for their 1Ks and GS... :-p
