Upgrade Tokyo Peninsula
New FHR member and I'm wondering if the potential upgrade is applicable room->suite or only room->room and suite->suite
For instance, at the Peninsula in Tokyo, if I book a Grand Deluxe Room (most $$ room), is there a possibility of that upgrading to an Executive Suite (least $$ suite) upon checkin?
